
1. Ticketing and Fares:
- Passengers must retain and produce tickets/booking for inspection upon request.
- Tickets are generally valid for the journey specified and may be invalidated if tampered with.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring the ticket details match their intended journey.
- Full price ( 20Euro) fares are require to book one of the 8 seats reservations for all routes.
- Tickets may be non-refundable and non-transferable
- Airport Quick driver of the service has the right to decide who will gain access to the mini-bus during his shift.
- Single Tickets purchased through the online booking facility are only valid on the date of travel. The ticket guarantees your seat for the specific time of travel, but may be used on at a different time on the same date, only if there is space available.
- Return Tickets: The outward portion of your ticket is only valid on the date on which they are selected and similarly the return element of the ticket is only valid for the date selected. The ticket guarantees your seat for the specific time of travel, but may be used on at a different time on the same date, only if there is space available.
- All passengers must produce a physical ticket OR an E-Ticket (on mobile phone or tablet) in order to board the mini-bus. Passengers who only have the reference number of a ticket, without the actual ticket itself, will no longer be allowed to travel.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they purchase the correct ticket for the journey.
- Airport Quick cannot accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
- Passengers should be aware of our stop locations and departure times. Please endeavour to arrive at your stop at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to our stated departure times, sometimes services may be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather or other events.
- Airport Quick would advise all passengers to obtain travel insurance for all aspects of their journey.
- Passengers are to wear their seat belts at all times and are to remain seated until the mini-bus has come to a complete stop.
- Child seats/boosters must be provided by parents/guardians and used accordingly.
2. Passenger Conduct:
- Passengers are generally prohibited from consuming alcohol on board or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on all trips.
- Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause nuisance or disturbance to other passengers.
- Carriage of e-scooters and e-bikes are prohibited.
- Hot food and certain odorous foods may not be allowed on board.
3. Liability and Disruption:
- Airport Quick may reserve the right to alter routes, times, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Passengers are advised to arrive at least ten minutes prior to trip departures for all trip/schuttles.
- Airport Quick may not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside of their control.
- Passengers may be responsible for additional costs incurred due to delays caused by their actions.
- Airport Quick may limit their liability for loss or damage to passengers’ property.
- Airport Quick may have separate terms of use that govern access and use of the site.
- Airport Quick may update their terms and conditions from time to time.
- Passengers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of the service and must accept T&C’s prior to booking.
5. Luggage General Terms:
Passengers are encouraged to restrict the amount of baggage they bring.
Airport Quick reserves the right to refuse excess luggage.
Normal mid-size suitcase and a back-pack per person.
